What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
As stated on the terms & conditions:
We accept DBS/POSB/UOB/OCBC bank transfer. Inter-bank transfers is only available for other banks to UOB. Paypal is only accepted by Overseas buyers and any charges will be charge to you.
How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?
After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.
Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time before payment is made, we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order is being packed,we are no longer able to modify your order.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Once you have submitted your order, and before we e-mail you the order number, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order number has been given, we are no longer able to cancel an order. You will be black listed if order number has been given and you want to cancel your order.
What Does "Backordered" Mean?
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.
The expected shipment date for backordered merchandise is around 1-3 weeks. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays.
Payment has to be in for backordered products. In the case that it's not available, a refund will be made back to you within 7 days
How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check the status of you order by clicking on Order Status in the top navigation bar. The order number is similiar to the one given in confirmation e-mail, similiarly, the receipent's name is also stated beside the order number. If your order is shipped via Registered Postage, you can track the status of your package here.
You can expect to receive your package in approximately 5 to 7 working days from the date the package shipped.

How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?
Most orders will ship out within 24hrs upon confirmation of payment (we do not ship on Sundays and Public holidays). Your order will be shipped via Normal Postage unless you select Registered Postage. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 working days.
There will be an additional $2.25 applicable for Registered Postage.
For overseas buyers, all orders will be shipped via Registered Postage only, charges are to be confirm again via e-mail.
What is the differences between Normal and Registered Postage?
For normal postage - Order will be mailed in letterbox - Order will have no tracking and is not guarantee if there's any loss, damage in the process.
For registered postage - Order will be mailed to doorstep (in any case where there's noone to collect the order, a notification letter will be issued) - Order can be tracked and it's safer.
